Important Dates about our Holiday hours and shipping
Acquarella will be closed from Saturday, December 21st - Monday December 30th, 2019 to allow our hard-working staff time with their families. Unlike years past, we will NOT be shipping intermittently during this time, and will have limited response for urgent emails only. Any orders between Friday, December 20th (after 1 PM PST) and December 30th, 2019 will be shipped out in order as received shortly thereafter.
Shipping expectations as we near Christmas are based on USPS time tables, which means both Expedited service, which is USPS Priority, and Standard service, which is USPS First Class, will currently arrive after Christmas (as of 12/20 Noon PST order time).

We have a simple and reasonable shipping policy, of which review special notes above for Holidays. Domestic Shipping and Handling for most orders under $25 is $5.95 and as low as $3.95. Orders that qualify for free shipping (with product totaling over $25) will be shipped at Acquarella LLC's discretion. Priority or express options are available and will be calculated in your cart per your entered location. All shipping and handling fees are determined by destination (FOB: Tucson, AZ USA) and will be the actual cost of freight plus handling.
Upon purchasing and shipment of your order, you will receive confirmation by email. Please allow between 3-10 business days for standard domestic delivery. Should anything unforeseen arise, we will send you an email.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, and orders inside the state of Arizona have a 8.1% sales tax added.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have a fair and reasonable return policy: Products that are not fully satisfactory may be returned within 30 days for a credit of product, less a 15% processing fee. All returns or exchanges (for damaged product, etc.) must have a confirmation email telling us the problem, within 30 days of your order. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before we can accept your return. The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges. Products acquired on any discount basis, may have additional shipping costs associated with any exchange. Non-defective, opened items after the 30 Day guarantee are not returnable. Should you have any further questions regarding our policy, or wish to return product please email us.
The personal information that may be gathered includes your name, telephone number, street address and e-mail address. You may also be asked for further information about yourself such as your job category, your industry type, your company name and job title, consumer preferences and other relevant items that will aid us in providing you a better experience. Your personal information will never be given away or sold to a third party.
